Creates a video post on a Facebook Page. Requires a Page access token with `pages_manage_posts` scope and manage-level permissions on the target page.

  URL of the video file to upload. At least one of 'file_url' or 'video' must be provided. Must be a direct download URL (e.g., direct MP4 link), not a watch/share URL. Use MP4 with H.264/AAC encoding; unsupported formats or very large files may fail.

  Unix timestamp to schedule the video post Requires `published=false`; must be a UTC Unix epoch at least ~10 minutes in the future. Combining with `published=true` or omitting when `published=false` causes 400 errors.
