Zendesk Create Zendesk Request

Create a new request in Zendesk. Use when an end user needs to submit a support request through the API. The request will be created with the provided subject, description, priority, and other optional fields. Returns the created request with its ID and URL.

• tagsarray
  Array of tags to apply to the request.
• typestring
  The type of the request. Must be one of: 'question', 'incident', 'problem', 'task'.
• statusstring
  The state of the request. Must be one of: 'new', 'open', 'pending', 'hold', 'solved', 'closed'. Defaults to 'new'.
• subjectstring

  The subject/title of the request. This is a required field.
• prioritystring
  The priority of the request. Must be one of: 'low', 'normal', 'high', 'urgent'. Defaults to 'normal'.
• external_idstring
  An external ID to link this request to records in another system.
• comment_bodystring
  The initial description or comment on the request. When creating a request via the API, use `comment` to set the description.
• requester_idinteger
  The ID of the user making the request.
• custom_fieldsarray
  Custom fields for the request. Each item should include 'id' and 'value' properties.
• requester_namestring
  Name of the requester. If provided with requester_email, creates a user object for the requester.
• ticket_form_idinteger
  The numeric ID of the ticket form associated with the request. Only applicable for enterprise accounts.
• requester_emailstring
  Email of the requester. Must be provided together with requester_name.
