Creates a new file in a GitLab repository at the specified path with the given content. Use this action when you need to add a new file to a repository branch with a commit message.
branch必須stringThe name of the branch where the file will be created.
content必須stringThe content of the file to create.
encodingstringThe encoding of the file content. Set to 'base64' if the content is base64-encoded. Default is 'text'.
file_path必須stringThe full path to the file to create within the repository (e.g., 'lib/class.rb' or 'docs/README.md').
project_id必須The ID or URL-encoded path of the project.
author_namestringThe name of the commit author. If not provided, uses the authenticated user's name.
author_emailstringThe email address of the commit author. If not provided, uses the authenticated user's email.
start_branchstringName of the base branch to create the new branch from. Only used if the specified branch does not exist.
