Adds a new installment subscription. Note: Subscriptions endpoints may not be available on the company-specific base URL. To avoid 404s, this action overrides the default request behavior and uses the public API host (api.pipedrive.com) explicitly.

currency必須stringThe currency of the installment subscription. Accepts a 3-character currency code.
payments必須arrayArray of payments. It requires a minimum structure as follows: [{ amount:SUM, description:DESCRIPTION, due_at:PAYMENT_DATE }]. Replace SUM with a payment amount, DESCRIPTION with an explanation string, PAYMENT_DATE with a date (format YYYY-MM-DD).
