Add persons to a static cohort by their UUIDs. Use when you need to manually add specific users to a static cohort. Only works with static cohorts (is_static=true), not dynamic cohorts.
id必須integerA unique integer value identifying this cohort.
person_ids必須arrayList of person UUIDs to add to the static cohort. Each UUID must be a valid person identifier in the project.
project_id必須stringProject ID of the project you're trying to access. To find the ID of the project, make a call to /api/projects/.
data必須Data from the action execution

successful必須booleanWhether or not the action execution was successful or not
