Tool to rotate the signing secret key for an endpoint. Use when you need to invalidate the current secret and generate or supply a new one. Call after confirming app_id and endpoint_id.
keystringOptional new signing secret to use for rotation. Must be in the format 'whsec_' followed by a valid base64-encoded string (e.g., 'whsec_MfKQ9r8GKYqrTwjUPD8ILPZIo2LaLaSw'). If omitted, a secret will be auto-generated by the server.
