# Sales Account Qualification

## Loadout capabilities

Use <action-tag>api:akta_api:company_search</action-tag> to resolve the account. Use <action-tag>api:akta_api:company_enrichment</action-tag> for approved fit fields, <action-tag>api:akta_api:activity_signals_variable</action-tag> for selected activity indicators, and the News operation from <integration-tag>api:akta_api</integration-tag> for current events inside the chosen window. When a fit or timing claim needs public corroboration, use the Exa Search Action from <integration-tag>composio:exa_tools</integration-tag> to locate a bounded source set and <action-tag>api:tinyfish_api:fetch_urls</action-tag> to extract the selected company or primary-source pages.

## Outcome

Return an account qualification memo that explains fit, timing evidence, disqualifiers, unknowns, and next research steps. Do not identify or infer sensitive personal traits, invent buying intent, or send outreach.

## Required inputs

- Account name or domain and the target market definition.
- Required firmographic fit fields and explicit disqualifiers.
- Activity and news signals that count as timing evidence.
- Date window, permitted public-source scope, and maximum approved Loadout credit spend.

## Workflow

1. Translate the target market definition into a compact rubric with required fit, optional fit, timing, and disqualifying evidence.
2. Resolve the account and confirm the official domain and Akta company identity. Treat a weak or ambiguous match as unresolved.
3. Preflight the smallest enrichment and activity request that can score the rubric, then add the bounded news request. Show the total quote before executing paid reads.
4. For any material rubric item that needs independent confirmation, run one bounded Exa search and fetch only the selected official or primary-source URLs with Tinyfish.
5. Score each rubric item only from returned evidence. Mark missing fields unknown rather than false, identify the source type, and distinguish observed activity from inferred intent.
6. Produce the memo and a recommended next step: progress, hold for research, or disqualify. Include the evidence that drove the recommendation; never contact or update the account without a separate request and approval.

## Output contract

- `Account identity`: reviewed name, official domain, Akta ID, and match rationale.
- `Fit`: rubric item, evidence, status, source type, and source context or URL.
- `Timing`: dated activity and news signals, separated from interpretation.
- `Disqualifiers and unknowns`: explicit evidence gaps and conflicting fields.
- `Recommendation`: progress, hold, or disqualify with a short rationale.
- `Cost`: quoted and actual credits plus Actions called.

## Failure and recovery

- If identity is ambiguous, return candidates and stop before priced requests.
- If required fit data is unavailable, return `hold for research`; do not guess.
- If the quote exceeds budget, remove optional rubric fields before required ones and ask for approval.
- If signals are stale or contradictory, lower confidence and preserve both dated observations.
- If public evidence conflicts with Akta, mark the rubric item unresolved and show both sources.
