room_type必填stringType of room: 'meeting' for collaborative sessions (all can share audio/video) or 'webinar' for one-to-many broadcast.
starts_atstringStart date/time for scheduled rooms. Format: 'YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS' or ISO 8601. Required when permanent_room=0.
time_zonestringIANA time zone for the scheduled start time.
