Creates a new global Discord application command. Global commands can take up to an hour to propagate. Command names must be unique per type within the application scope.
name必填string1-32 character command name. For CHAT_INPUT commands, must be lowercase.
typeintegerCommand type: 1 (CHAT_INPUT, default), 2 (USER), 3 (MESSAGE).
optionsarrayArray of command option objects (max 25). Each must have name, description, and type fields.
descriptionstring1-100 character description for CHAT_INPUT commands. Empty string or omit for USER/MESSAGE commands.
dm_permissionbooleanWhether the command is available in DMs (global commands only). Defaults to true.
