Tool to create a time entry for a specific ticket in Freshdesk. Use when you need to log time spent working on a ticket. Time entries track work duration and can be marked as billable or non-billable for billing and reporting purposes.

billablebooleanWhether the time entry is billable. Set to true for billable time, false for non-billable time.

start_timestringTimestamp when the timer was started in ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ) in UTC.
time_spent必填stringTime spent in HH:MM format (e.g., '01:30' for 1 hour 30 minutes, '00:15' for 15 minutes). This is a required field.
executed_atstringTimestamp when the work was executed in ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ) in UTC. If not provided, defaults to current time.
