Creates a new note (comment) on a project issue in GitLab. Use this action when you need to add a comment, provide feedback, or document information on an existing issue.
id必填Project identifier: numeric ID (e.g., 123) or namespace path in format 'namespace/project-name' (e.g., 'my-group/my-project'). Path must use forward slash / as separator. URL-encoding is handled automatically.
body必填stringThe content of a note. Limited to 1,000,000 characters.
internalbooleanControls note visibility. When set to true, the note is visible only to project members with at least Reporter role. Default is false.
issue_iid必填integerThe internal ID of a project's issue.
created_atstringDate time string, ISO 8601 formatted, for example 2016-03-11T03:45:40Z. Requires administrator or project/group owner rights.
confidentialbooleanDeprecated flag for confidential notes; scheduled for removal in GitLab 16.0. Use 'internal' instead.
