Retrieves a single Gmail draft by its ID. Use this to fetch and inspect draft content before sending via GMAIL_SEND_DRAFT. The format parameter controls the level of detail returned.

user_idstringThe user's email address. The special value `me` can be used to indicate the authenticated user.
draft_id必填stringThe ID of the draft to retrieve. Draft IDs are typically alphanumeric strings (e.g., 'r99885592323229922'). Use GMAIL_LIST_DRAFTS to retrieve valid draft IDs.
