Tool to add a comment to an existing ticket in RepairShopr. Use when you need to add notes, updates, or responses to a ticket. Requires Tickets - Edit permission. Single-Customer Users can only access their own tickets.

body必填stringThe text content of the comment. Required.
techstringTechnician name or identifier to associate with this comment. Optional.
hiddenbooleanWhether the comment should be hidden from the customer (private comment). Default is false.
subject必填stringSubject or title of the comment. Required.
sms_bodystringOptional text content to send as an SMS notification. If not provided, no SMS is sent.
do_not_emailbooleanIf true, prevents sending an email notification to the customer about this comment. Default is false.
