period必填integerNumber of seconds since the last ping before the check is considered down. Minimum 30 seconds, maximum 172800 seconds (48 hours).
contact_groupsarrayList of contact group IDs to notify when the heartbeat check fails. Each ID should be a string (e.g., '355190').
