Tool to create one or more shared environment variables in Vercel. Use when you need to create environment variables that can be shared across multiple projects or applied to specific target environments. Supports creating 1-50 variables in a single request.

teamIdstringTeam identifier to perform the request on behalf of
projectIdarrayAssociate the shared environment variable with specific projects by providing a list of project IDs
applyToAllCustomEnvironmentsbooleanApply the environment variable to all custom environments. Required if target is not set. Cannot be used together with target.
