  The Canvas account ID to get the sessionless launch URL for. This is a required path parameter.

  Supported launch types for external tools.
• assignment_idstring
  The assignment id for an assignment launch. Required if launch_type is set to "assessment".
• module_item_idstring
  The module item id for a module item launch. Required if launch_type is set to "module_item".
• resource_link_lookup_uuidstring
  The identifier to lookup a resource link. This is preferred over id, url, and launch_type parameters.
