The ID of the label to retrieve. Can be a system label (e.g., INBOX, SENT, DRAFT, UNREAD, STARRED, SPAM, TRASH) or a user-created label ID (e.g., Label_1, Label_42).

The user's email address. The special value 'me' can be used to indicate the authenticated user.
