    List of contacts to send. Each contact requires a name object with formatted_name, first_name, and last_name. Optional fields: addresses, birthday (YYYY-MM-DD), emails, org (company/department/title), and phones.
  • to_numberstring
    Required
    The phone number to send the contacts to, including the country code without the + sign.
  • recipient_typestring
    The type of recipient. 'individual' (default) targets a phone number; 'group' targets a WhatsApp group id supplied in `to_number`.
  • phone_number_idstring
    Required
    The phone number ID from which to send the contacts.
  • reply_to_message_idstring
    Optional WhatsApp message ID (wamid...) of the message to reply to. When provided, this contact card is sent as a quoted reply (context.message_id) in the conversation thread.
