Stop Opening Five AI Apps to Launch One Product
If your launch workflow begins with one brief and ends with five browser tabs, four exports, and a folder called final-final-2, the problem is not a lack of AI tools. The problem is that nobody owns the finished job.
Give one coding agent the launch assignment instead: turn a reviewed product story into a bounded asset list, discover the media Actions each asset needs, quote every paid request before execution, preserve the files in one project, and assemble the final launch video against explicit acceptance checks. The agent should move the work. You should still approve the brief, spend, claims, and final cut.
We tested that operating model on two concrete assignments. The first turned a locked soundtrack brief into a 42-second, music-led launch video. The second turned a prepared product-photo workflow into a 42-second image-to-3D launch video. Both were rendered at 1920 x 1080 with five proof-first scenes, no voiceover, an original high-energy soundtrack, and a final article CTA.
That is the job this guide owns: producing reviewable launch videos from existing product proof without manually shuttling every intermediate asset between separate AI apps.
The Five-App Trap
A normal AI launch-video process can fragment into five different surfaces:
a chat app for the script;
an image or 3D generator for the hero asset;
a music generator for the soundtrack;
a video editor for timing and motion;
a storage or publishing app for the final files.
Each app may be good at its narrow task. The handoffs are where the launch loses control. Prompts drift, prices disappear, temporary URLs expire, filenames fork, and the final cut makes a claim that nobody checked against the product source.
The alternative is not one giant model that does everything. It is one operator that keeps the assignment, evidence, budgets, assets, and acceptance checks together while calling specialized tools only when the current step needs them.
What the Coding Agent Owns

This separation is the control system. The coding agent has enough authority to prepare and assemble the work, but it does not silently approve a paid generation or publish a claim.
The Two Assignments We Ran
Assignment 1: Launch soundtrack producer
The first brief rejected the vague prompt "make it epic" and replaced it with an exact production job:
The video then showed the workflow in five scenes: the polarized hook, the exact brief, the preflight boundary, the one-execution runbook, and the final receipt. The result was a finished 42-second landscape video plus an original soundtrack file stored with the project.
The crucial design decision was not the visual style. It was that duration, tempo, vocal constraint, ending, price check, and execution limit were agreed before generation. A soundtrack became a reviewable deliverable instead of an open-ended mood request.
Assignment 2: 3D prototyping operator
The second brief opened with a harder truth: one product photo is not a 3D scan. It can still start a useful blockout if the workflow labels hidden geometry as inferred.
The five scenes covered the input boundary, exact assignment, model quote, multi-angle review, and final GLB receipt. The finished launch video kept the product limitation visible instead of hiding it behind a glamorous front view.
That caveat made the launch stronger. "Generated draft, hidden surfaces inferred" is credible. "One photo became a perfect scan" is not.
Run the Workflow From One Project

The names are not magic. The single source of truth is. The brief defines the claim, the storyboard defines the edit, generated files stay beside their prompts and receipts, snapshots support review, and only verified renders enter delivery.
Step 1: Lock the Finished Job
Do not begin with "make a launch video." Specify:
the exact audience;
one task or outcome the product completes;
the source article, demo, or product evidence;
the final aspect ratio and duration;
whether the video has narration;
the required files;
claims and caveats that must remain visible;
the maximum media spend; and
the publication boundary.
A useful brief lets a reviewer answer one question: what must exist for this job to be done?
Step 2: Turn the Story Into Acceptance Checks
Write checks before choosing a model:
These checks stop tool excitement from replacing the assignment. A newer model is irrelevant if the output misses the duration, rights boundary, or product truth.
Step 3: Discover Only the Capability the Next Asset Needs
Search by job instead of opening every provider dashboard:
For the 3D asset, run a separate search for an image-to-3D Action. Copy the exact current Action name, then inspect its schema before creating input. Do not reuse a model name or price copied from an older article.

Step 4: Preflight Every Paid Request
Use the selected schema to create the final normalized input, then preflight it:
Review the estimate, funding route, operation risk, and account before execution. A credit approval answers whether the quoted spend is acceptable. It does not answer whether a consequential Action is safe. Keep spend approval and risk acknowledgement separate.

If the estimate is unavailable or unbounded above your ceiling, stop. Opening the provider app and running the same request manually does not resolve the uncertainty. It only removes the reviewed quote from the workflow.
Step 5: Execute Once, Then Verify the File
Media generation is a provider write. A slow response does not prove the provider rejected the task. Before retrying, inspect the execution record and determine whether a file already exists.
For every generated asset, verify:
the request matches the approved input;
the provider ran once;
the returned file opens from beginning to end;
technical properties match the brief;
the asset is saved outside any expiring delivery URL;
the prompt, model, quote, and timestamp are recorded; and
the output passes a human content and rights review.
Only then should the video composition refer to the asset.
Step 6: Make the Edit Deterministic
The two tested videos used the same five-beat grammar:
reject the vague or exaggerated claim;
show the exact professional assignment;
expose the cost and approval boundary;
show the output and its acceptance checks;
close on one memorable job and one CTA.
That structure is reusable because it follows the buyer's skepticism. It does not depend on a montage of feature cards. Each scene has a known start, known end, and one piece of evidence to preserve.
Step 7: Review Proof, Not Promises
Export contact sheets and representative frames before the final render. Check:
whether the first five seconds name a real pain;
whether every dense screen remains readable;
whether the music accents the state changes;
whether the caveat survives the most dramatic shot;
whether the final CTA stays on screen long enough to read; and
whether the render matches the source article instead of inventing features.
For the two-video run, the proof package included ten snapshots per video, two contact sheets per video, the source brief, the storyboard, soundtrack files, and final renders. The output was reviewable without reopening a generation app to reconstruct what happened.
What Should Still Stop the Agent
One-project orchestration does not mean autonomous publishing. Stop for a person when:
a paid request exceeds the agreed ceiling;
a provider Action asks for unexpected credentials;
the source image or music rights are unclear;
a generated output changes the product claim;
a write may have completed but returned an ambiguous response;
a temporary file cannot be saved durably; or
the final video is ready to post publicly.
The agent should remove clerical handoffs, not remove accountability.
