  ID of the item (row) to fetch from the List, e.g. 'Rec0123456789'. This is the `id` of a row previously returned by create_slack_list_item or a List-items listing call.
• list_idstring

  ID of the Slack List that contains the item (row) to fetch, e.g. 'F0123456789'. This is the List file ID returned by create_slack_list.
• include_is_subscribedboolean
  When true, the returned row's `record` includes an `is_subscribed` flag indicating whether the calling user is subscribed to that item. Defaults to `false`.
