The repository owner's username or organization name (case-insensitive).

ID of the public key used to encrypt `encrypted_value` (obtained with the public key). Required if `encrypted_value` is provided.

The name for the secret being created or updated. Must not start with 'GITHUB_' prefix (reserved for GitHub internal secrets).
encrypted_valuestring
Value for the secret, pre-encrypted with the repository's public key using LibSodium (public key is obtained via 'Get a repository public key' endpoint).
