Tool to publish a comment on a recording within a Basecamp project. Use when you need to add a comment with rich text to any recording such as a todolist, message, or document.

bucket_id必填integerThe project/bucket ID where the recording exists.
account_idintegerOptional Basecamp account ID. Use this when the resource exists in a different account than the default. If not provided, uses the account ID from the authenticated connection.
