Comma-separated list of field names to update. Use dot notation for nested fields. Use 'boolean_val.value' to update only the boolean value, or 'boolean_val' to update the entire boolean_val object. The 'setting.' prefix should NOT be included in the field mask

Should always be set to true for Settings API. Added for AIP compliance. Allows the update to proceed even if the setting doesn't exist yet
