idstring

The unique identifier of the watermark configuration. REQUIRED for preview requests. Use the Get Account Watermark Details action to retrieve the current watermark ID before calling this endpoint.

fontstring

The font family for the watermark text. Must be one of: 'courier', 'helvetica', or 'timesnewroman'. Defaults to a standard font if not specified.

enabledstring

Controls whether the watermark is applied to in-progress documents. Use 'true' to enable watermarks or 'false' to disable them. Watermarks only appear on documents that are not yet completed.

fontSizestring

The size of the watermark text in points. Must be one of: '30', '40', '50', '60', '70', '80', or '90'. Larger values create more prominent watermarks.

accountIdstring

The DocuSign account ID (GUID format) or external account number that identifies the account. This parameter is automatically populated from your authentication credentials and typically does not need to be provided manually.

fontColorstring

The color of the watermark text. Must be one of: 'black', 'blue', 'red', 'gray', or 'yellow'. Defaults to a standard color if not specified.

imageBase64string

Base64-encoded image data for a custom watermark image. Note: This field is read-only in API responses and cannot be set through this endpoint. Use text-based watermarks instead.

displayAnglestring

The display angle of the watermark on documents. Must be one of: '0' (horizontal), '45' (diagonal), or '90' (vertical). Defaults to horizontal if not specified.

transparencystring

The opacity level of the watermark as a percentage. Must be one of: '5', '10', '15', '20', '25', '30', '35', '40', or '45'. Lower values create more transparent (less visible) watermarks, while higher values create more opaque (more visible) watermarks.

watermarkTextstring

The text content to display as the watermark. This text will appear on in-progress documents according to the font, color, size, angle, and transparency settings specified.
