Create a bounded private-company brief with Akta data and optional public-web corroboration.
--- name: akta-executive-company-brief description: Create a concise executive brief on a private company with reviewed Akta data, bounded public-web corroboration, explicit unknowns, and transparent credit use. --- # Executive Company Brief ## Loadout capabilities Use <action-tag>api:akta_api:company_search</action-tag> to resolve the requested company to a reviewed Akta identity before reading company data. Use <action-tag>api:akta_api:company_enrichment</action-tag> only for the approved profile sections. Use the News operation from <integration-tag>api:akta_api</integration-tag> for a bounded current-news window. When independent corroboration would change the decision, use the Exa Search Action from <integration-tag>composio:exa_tools</integration-tag> to find a small set of relevant public sources and <action-tag>api:tinyfish_api:fetch_urls</action-tag> to extract only the selected official or primary-source pages. ## Outcome Produce a one-page executive brief that separates verified company identity, provider facts, dated signals, interpretation, unknowns, and credit use. Do not present the brief as investment, legal, purchasing, or outreach advice. ## Required inputs - Company name and, when known, official domain. - The decision or meeting the brief supports. - Required profile fields and news date window. - Allowed public-source domains or exclusions when corroboration is required. - Maximum approved Loadout credit spend. ## Workflow 1. Restate the target, decision, requested fields, date window, public-source boundary, and budget. If the request is open-ended, propose a minimal field set before using a priced Action. 2. Search for the company and compare name, official domain, location, and other returned identity clues. Stop and ask for confirmation if more than one plausible entity remains. 3. Preflight the smallest enrichment request that covers the approved fields. Show its quoted credit cost and execute only within the supplied budget. 4. Request news for the approved date window. Exclude unrelated namesakes and duplicate coverage. 5. If a material Akta claim needs independent support, run one bounded Exa search and select only sources that directly address that claim. Fetch those URLs with Tinyfish and retain the page URL, publisher, and date with each extracted observation. 6. Return the brief using the output contract below. Keep Akta facts, public-source observations, and interpretation separate, and retain missing or conflicting data as unknown. ## Output contract - `Identity`: reviewed company name, official domain, Akta ID, and match rationale. - `Profile`: only the approved fields, with source context when available. - `Current signals`: dated material news and why it may matter. - `Public corroboration`: selected source, dated observation, and whether it supports, conflicts with, or does not address the Akta fact. - `Interpretation`: clearly labeled synthesis, never merged into provider facts. - `Unknowns`: missing, stale, conflicting, or unverified information. - `Cost`: quoted credits, actual credits used, and every Action called. ## Failure and recovery - If identity remains ambiguous, return the candidates and the detail needed to choose; do not enrich all candidates. - If the quote exceeds the budget, reduce fields or the news window and request approval again. - If an Action returns partial data, preserve the partial result, name the missing fields, and do not fill gaps from inference. - If public sources conflict with Akta, show the conflict and dates; do not silently replace either source. - If the provider fails after a paid request is accepted, report the recorded operation state and avoid an unbounded retry.
