## Outcome

Return an account qualification memo that explains fit, timing evidence, disqualifiers, unknowns, and next research steps. Do not identify or infer sensitive personal traits, invent buying intent, or send outreach.

## Required inputs

- Account name or domain and the target market definition.
- Required firmographic fit fields and explicit disqualifiers.
- Activity and news signals that count as timing evidence.
- Date window, permitted public-source scope, and maximum approved Loadout credit spend.

## Workflow

1. Translate the target market definition into a compact rubric with required fit, optional fit, timing, and disqualifying evidence.
2. Resolve the account and confirm the official domain and Akta company identity. Treat a weak or ambiguous match as unresolved.
3. Preflight the smallest enrichment and activity request that can score the rubric, then add the bounded news request. Show the total quote before executing paid reads.
